I downloaded a family guy episode in safari and it said it saved to /var/mobile/libary/downloads what I was wondering is how to access downloads on my iPhone.

Can you download to your computer using SSH?
sometimes its hard to download itunes stuff from your iphone , like bought music , its in a different format or something im not sure.
