Does anyone know how to make themes and Icons or is there a guide. I downloaded some great themes, I would like to know how to make some so I can share my ideals.

Im sure theres a thread on those 2 topics..you can use the search feature up above and type in what your looking for. Are you jailbroken?

Yes i'm jailbroken, I know how to add the themes,battery etc...to winterboard, I just don't know how to make the Icons.

Im not JB, so i dont have that info...but someone with more knowledge with this should be passing through soon.
