jailbroken iphone syncing with itunes

ok well earlier on today i jailbroke my 3g iphone and i backed up my contacts and stuff onto my comp but then after i jailbroke it and recovered everything my ringtones were missing. i quess they didnt recovery back onto my iphone or something idk

i was wondering is it possible to sync my jailbroken iphone back with itunes so i can get my ringtones back on my iphone??
