If you search for keyboard lag you'll see the issue is widespread.

im getting some overall lag all throughout my iphone as well..nothing that's halting me from using my phone as usual but annoying all the same
probably just a firmware issue that will get patched in a later update?

Most everyone is having this problem. It was supposed to be addressed (or so we thought) in the 2.0.1 update, but has come back with a vengeance. No need to worry, it will probably be cleared up for sure in the next update.

I think iPhone OS is just a shell on top of WinMo. That's why they act so similar, sluggish, running out of memory, programs crashing, etc.

Yup, I am getting it too. Seems like Applesoft is following in the ways of the Microsoft.

As I have mentioned in other threads, yes, same issue here, and hoping a software update fixes it!

So far so good on my 3g, no lag at all, but then again I haven't synced it with iTunes yet, so maybe keeping it uncluttered is the key. :laugh2:

I did the update, mine was fine, I then setup mm and turned on push and I saw the lag time come back. I am sure apple will address this sooner or later.
