Cannot enter any of the apps shown in the Dock!

I cannot enter any of the application shown on the dock. I tried restoring but still the same! I cannot use the bottom of my screen in any of the applications but the strange thing is that i can slide to unlock. Please help me !

u need to get a new one i think , thats a screen problem , a few people have that here
