I'm new to the whole hand-held internet streaming experience, so bear with me.
While driving in my car, listening to Pandora, AOL Radio, etc,..is it best to turn OFF WiFi, so the iPhone will stay in 3G mode? I have spotty reception when using these features, and was wondering what the best options are for listening to streaming music.

I turn off wifi especially when walking around or driving because i cosntantly get pop ups of different recognized wifi locations locked or not and when browsing the internet and constantly getting pop ups of it (even though you can turn it off i still like to know when there is a connection if i do turn wifi on i want it to pop up)
but its deffinatly annoying when walking around or driving. so i turn it off. it also saves battery so your phone isnt looking for wifi.

Pandora does work flawlessly on EDGE too, just to keep in mind.
I turn off Wifi AND 3G while driving. 3G is not reliable enough while moving around large areas, and I really am not going to get any benefit out of it b/c the TASK AT HAND is driving, not surfing the web. It saves me battery life, too. I am using it to play music, and that is about it.
If I need to use the GPS, and Edge just isn't cutting it, then I switch on 3G. I always turn off WiFi when I leave the house. I only turn it on when I know I can use it.
