do you mean 2.0.1? there wasn't ever a 1.2.0 software version...
I'm not sure of another app to add files/apps through USB, but most people just use an SSH app like WinSCP to wirelessly add/change files on jailbroken iphones. you will also need openSSH and BSD subsystem installed on your iphone for it to work.

I meant iphone firmware version 1.2.0. I am having problems with my cydia and thus cant install openSSH on the iphone. So i have to manually transfer the files

If you have cydia, then your iphone firmware is either 2.0.0 or 2.0.1. Just a technicality, i guess.
Anyway, i'm not sure of an ibrickr equivalent for windows off-hand. What are the problems with cydia you're having?

cydia always reports an unknown error at startup. I cant seem to download anything off it, neither does it refresh. From other sites, i hear it has to do with a wifi issue cydia has.
Any experiences??
