Problum with touch screen

Has any one had to replace there touch screen. I had to replace mine and it hasnt worked the same since... I click on top icons and it hits bottom ones. I dont no what the problum is

maybe it was replaced wrong or damaged in the process

Take it to the Apple Store and they should replace the phone for you free of charge.

Just a hunch, but maybe the screen is upside down, since hitting the top is activating the bottom icons? idk if that matters though, ive never taken one apart.
