I'm using Transmit, I got it connected. There is not a theme folder in Library. I'm in private/var/root/Library. It's 5 folders in their address book, cookies, keyboard, lockdown and preference. I installed Cydia and winterboard. Did I miss a step?

If you downloaded a SummerBoard theme, place it in var/Mobile/Library/SummerBoard/Themes

If you downloaded a WinterBoard theme, place it in /var/stash/Themes(random letters & numbers).

He may have downloaded from one of the theme repositories. In that case wouldn't he put it in root> Library> Themes?

Yes. I didn't realize there was a themes directory in the Library folder until a few days ago. Apparently WinterBoard themes work here as well.

Yep. I add my downloaded themes that aren't available through Cydia by using openSSH with Cyberduck FTP program. It's so easy.

Library > Themes.
