help!

Ok , here is my problem i own a iphone 3G 16Gb , yesterday i opened itunes and i realize that all my music was gone, but i have al my music on my iphone , soo there is way to transfer all my iphone music to itunes again??
im a windows user

hook up your iphone to your phone and make sure itunes is open. when your phone appears up in itunes, make sure you are on itunes. then click <File, and there will be the choices under File. Click on <Transfer Purchases and it should transfer all of the music onto your iTunes and solve this issue. It may take some time depending on how fast your processor is. Good luck. Hope this helps.

I have not tried this myself so I cannot account for the validity of it. It's free so you really don't have much to lose.

If that doesn't work, try Google-ing "Copy iPod to PC/MAC" and there will be a ton of non-freeware programs that come up.
