Rainbow screen....

Anyone have a rainbow effect occur when their iphone is directly in front of the sun? I've heard of this for ipods, just wondering if this happens to all iphones or if it's a fault on mine.

ive never noticed it butthen again i usually have the anti glare screen protector. but i have noticed it in ipods and i would think it would be different since the iphone is glass and not plastic

Yeah I didn't notice either until today. Basically the sun was reflecting right off the iphone, and it was taking a very very green hue. As I moved it around, the rainbow effect occured.

This is perfectly normal. It happens to mine too and it happened to my V1 as well. I wouldn't worry about it because I'm almost positive its normal..
