How to store 3g Apple iPhone Maps GPS while offline w/o wifi or 3g/edge?

I have a 3g iPhone jailbroken with cydia and installer 4 beta but I dont have the 3g data plan. The reason is because almost everywhere I go i have wifi.

But when im traveling i cant get my maps to load. I have winscp where I can add/edit files to my iphone, my question is where does the iphone store its cache maps? i have downloaded a city map with global map download tool but where can i store them in the cache folder?

Check out wikimap which allows users to save open street maps (osm) for offline map navigation and browsing.
