any sim questions and more

I have an 8g iphone 1.1.4, with jailbreak and I've recently run anysim unlock 1.1.4. So my phone does work locally with any sim card. Will it internationally or do I need to run some sort of patch and if so what do I need to install. I have a PC.

If it is working with ANY SIM card locally (T-Mobile I would assume) then it will work with an International SIM as well.
