im trying to jailbreak not unlock and im trying to build the ipsw..and i get an error message saying i cant do it....i select cydia and custom images and deselect activate phone.and click build and it doesnt work..any solutions?

You should probably restore as new phone, and re-jailbreak with Pwnage tool.

When your setting up the custom IPSW there's a tab at the end that lets you change the partition size. Bump it up a few megs and see if that helps (504-506 should be good). I had the same issue and that's what worked for me.
