Downgrade 2.0.1 to 2.0?

Is this possible to downgrade 2.0.1 to 2.0 just using restore in iTunes? Has anyone done this? Thanks

Thanks, that seems pretty easy. I just want to have a way to downgrade if I need to. I bought a new white iPhone and my backup will only work with 2.0.1 so I have to upgrade the new phone to 2.0.1 to restore my backup.
