Carrier setting update in itunes when iphone is connected ?

I have a unlocked and jailbroke 2.0 F.W. 16GB EDGE iphone and the current itunes ( updated it few days ago.


Now when I plug in the iphones and itunes sees it I get a pop up message " An update to the carrier settings for your iphone is available"


Anybody else get this and if so what is it,there is no box to check do not ask again as there usually is......:confused:

That pop up is to relock your phone to AT&T. If you are not trying to do that, don't click the update button...Mark

I just got this message today for the first time. I'm on 2.2.1 and its stock - No jailbreak. I'm on AT&T so why would this pop up?

I just upgraded to the 3G from the V1 and I to also go this message.....have not tried it yet. Both of my phones are stock.....

Any ideas??????

yeah this is weird I too am now getting this pop up, any way to stop it? I'm on carrier AT&T 2.9 so....???
