overheating?

hey guys i have a macbook pro and it gets really hot , so i went looking around and found this program

its really great, it lets you adjust the speed of the fans in your computer so it cools it down,

yep, good stuff. In OSX, i don't notice much overheating, but i've noticed the fans go a little bonkers if i'm in bootcamp (which is not good if you use windows to play games). The nice thing about that program is that if you set a minimum fan speed, and restart the computer into bootcamp, the minimum speed will remain.
