Invisable Home Screen

Hello all,

I was looking in the wallpaper section and noticed someone had found away to make the icons translucent so you could see the background, instead of just......black. My question is how can you put a picture in the black area behind the icons, and make the icons shine.

Something i have learned is I will be getting out of the world of pcs and investing in a mac, so, everything i have must be done in vista for now. Sorry to throw such a kink in the chain......... you all are so special thanks.

Not sure i want to jailbreak, i was reading how to do it, but i am a little cautious in case something needs to be fixed at att. Is jailbreaking really good. Can i run all of my apps currently, I have firmware 2.01

jailbreak for 2.01 isn't out yet. So far jailbreaking hasn't really hurt anyone, but it's caused quite a bit of inconvenience when it's gone wrong. Basically if things go wrong you can restore, however, you can lose all your settings and data.

there are very easy methods of jailbreaking, apps that will jailbreak your phone by just a single push of a button, not yet ready for 2.0.1 but soon, then you will be able to customize your home screen how you want
