I had the 1st gen Iphone with no problems. Now, with the 3G, I can't seem to get the screen to turn back on to hang-up or enter numbers on automated type numbers - you know the "press 1 to reach customer service" type numbers. Whats up? Why does the 3G do this to me? :frown:

take your hand away from the sensors at the top of the phone when doing this. The sensor in this phone is a lot more sensitive than on the V1.

I am having the same problem. But it isn't happening everytime time you make/recieve a call. Does anyone know how to fix this?
apparently its not the sensor that is creating this issue. Even if you keep clear of the screen the display doesn't appear

But then I can only see the logo when using the video conferencing kit.

maybe you have one of those cases that cover the sensers on the front screen. make sure nothings covering the sensors that you cant really see but are to the left of the top speaker on the screen
