custom icons?

Hello, i just got my new 3g i phone yesturday. i was wondering if there is a way to have custom icons for all the applications? i tried searching for it but didnt find anything on the topic. thanks in advance

Oh ok. yeah i did research on how to jailbreak it. im going to do that as soon as my husband gets back with my phone lol. so once i jailbreak it would there be an application to change the icons?
