Are you allowed to create different folders for pictures on the iphone 3g?

Are you allowed to change your wallpaper on the iphone 3g?

You can create folders within the folder you use to sync your pics. You can have a folder like Birthday Party,Summer Vacation, ect. These will then show up as such in your photo library.
If you go to settings-wallpaper, you will see a stock choice of wallpapers. You can also create a wallpaper folder as described above and put other ones in it to have a variety.

To change the wallpaper, select a photo that is stored on your camera, push the far left button at the bottom of the page (a box with an arrow coming out of it), then choose "set as wallpaper".

Note that the wallpaper will only show when you turn on the iPhone won't display behind your icons like a computer desktop images does.
