Downgrade 2.0 and then Unlocking

I am following these instructions: http://www.iclarified.com/entry/index.php?enid=1504, and everything works fine until I get to step 10. Everytime that I attempt to use either iLiberty, Pwanage Tool, or anything else, nothing seems to happen. If someone could please help me, I would greatly appreciate it.

I do remember having a problem with my V1 when i was at that step. I was using iLiberty+ too. The phone restarted and came up with the iTunes and cable screen. I thought I did something wrong too. I unplugged then replugged in the phone again. And it went through past the activation screen. Try that and see if it work for you.
