when im on my itunes and i click store i give me some connection defect thing idk

I'm pretty sure the only way to create an iTunes account is directly in iTunes (though it's been several years since I set up mine). If you're getting a connection error when you try to go to the iTunes store in iTunes, you'll need to resolve those first before you can create an account. What exactly is the error that you're seeing?
