Question on getting the 3g

lets say i wanna go get the 3g. does the account holder have to be there? or me being their son or whatevr u get the point can go wiht like a bill and all the other info and get it?

You HAVE to be an authorized user on the account or they wont allow you to.

You can always have them add you as an authorized user on the account though...
