Apple Store ticketing system

So today I visited the 5th Ave store and the SoHo Store. Both stores have started ticketing system. I don't know if this is also done elsewhere, but you are given a white card which reserves an iphone for you.

The 5th ave store didn't mark which phone you wanted but just listed a time to come back and wait on line.

The Soho store actually handed you a card with the phone you wanted and gave you till 6pm to come back.

So I took my card and came back at 4, waited 30 min and off I was with my new 16gig iphone :laugh2:

i got one of these cards, the bottom part was ripped off by the apple rep and actually stuck to my iphone and pre bagged for me to pick up later. don't know how they will use these for when they are out of stock
