I tried skinvideo for a month and while the streaming is nice, the selection sucks. Despite their claims of "1,000s of clips," the portion of those available for the iPhone is small.

I'd imagine there will be plenty more sites to come especially after the millions of 3G sales. Of course if the iPhone had flash we wouldn't have to wait for sites to start catering to Quicktime.
