04 Acura TL & volume control

When my car says "You have an incoming call" it almost blasts me out of my seat it's so loud. My radio is set normal volume.

My old 2006 Acura TL and my current 2009 Acura TSX are bluetooth paired and both have phone ringing sounds when someone calls me. The stereo cuts out while a call is coming in.

If you can't control the volume of the voice, I'm not sure what you can do. Maybe talking with Acura is best.
