View Full Version : Anyway to view MMS?

Hey,

First time today, someone sent me an mms and its like the old days where you had to go online to view it.

I used the link given in the text message, but it didn't work on the iphone.

Any other way?

Until the iphone gets mms(looking like never),it is too much trouble to fool with. The easiest thing to do is tell your friends to email if possible.

Make sure you type login information correct, my wife had issue with like o, 0, O. Also, I have noticed over the year that he website goes down sometimes. Other than that, www.viewmymessage.com (http://www.viewmymessage.com) is the only way.

This is what I mean by too much trouble. This method only works about half the time and is a pain to do.:frown:

It does work but some times the page takes a long time to load after you hit the log in button. I tested on the computer and takes as much time as doing on the iPhone. :(

When someone sents you an MMS to your iPhone, you will get a sms telling you to go to www.viewmymessage.com (http://www.viewmymessage.com) and the sms will include the MSG ID and PASSWORD to retrieve the image. I got two message so far and one was a flash image so I was not able to save it and another one was a jpg which I was able to safe. I have to find out how they were sent so I can figure out why one was a flash and the other a jpg.

i'll look into that viewmymessage thing.

I searched around, swirly seems like what jailbreakers are using.

jailbreak, then get swerly mms
thats the only other way i know, i suggest just telling people to email it to you
