does iphone 3g has different procesor and memory specs?

I know hard drive didnt change still 8 and16 gb, but im computer tech and i ask you iphone tech if there is any difference in hardware between i 1 and i 3g

Well some differences in hardware is:
3G Chip(s?)
GPS
A different battery
An additional proximity sensor
...thats basically all that I can think of.

But I dont think there are any difference is ram, etc.
