Unable to call area code /prefix

For some really strange reason I'm unable to call anyone that has a phone number (937) 902-xxxx. I've spoke with AT&T and Apple but no solution at the moment. I got a new SIM card w/ the iPhone and when I put the card into my old phone, I can still call them which makes it seem like its not a service issue with AT&T.

Any thoughts besides a restore?

If the restore doesn't work, I'd take it to apple and get another one if they can't figure out the problem.

Yea, I'll give that a try tomorrow. Just for calling and having an 'inconvenience' AT&T gave me a $10 credit :)

Gotta love their business customer service.
