Apple Care question

Okay so i have apple care and i want to bring my iphone in like i have done before and most likely will get a replacement for free(have done before) . But now that the new 3G iphone is out what will happen? I heard they stopped making Iphone V1 and there are no more refurbished ones... what will i get ?

I'm sure they still have some kept aside for V1 owners that need a replacement.
