Backing up "**** iPhone" takes forever

Hey since upgrading to 2.0 and 7.7 my iTunes sync takes forever as the backup takes forever. I never noticed this before is anyone else having this problem

i heard it was because it syncs the apps every time

but i dont have 2.0 so idk

yes in order not to lose information it backs up your phone, but if you just hit the little "x" button in the top window of iTunes it cancels the back up so you don't have to back up every time you sync, but every few syncs I think it would be worth the wait so you don't lose info

It takes so much longer because it backs up EVERYTHING. By this I mean messages, txt, everything. And iPhone69 has the best advice IMO.

yeah the backing up is a lil' timely...but seeing that its a matter of backing up all the info, its worth the time...

Exactly the way I feel. With all that is going on at the App Store, it is easy to forget what was/wasn't included on your last backup. I just let it backup while I am posting on the forum and before you know it, it's done.

yeah i agree i just let it do its thing...that's the safest thins to do...after all, there's more information with this software than before so i can understand the time in backing up

when the backup is running just click the x to the right of the desciption and of will still sync everything just not backup.
