i want to put all my songs from an old ipod onto my iphone but i dont have the actual files on my computer anymore..is there a way to plug my old ipod into my computer..transfer the old songs into my itunes library and then onto my iphone...cant figure it out???

there is software available that will pull those files off your ipod. I can't think of the name right now, but I'm sure someone will post it very soon.

This one looks good and it has an unrestricted free trial.

You need ipodrip from little app factory.

The shareware version will do 10 rips.
