Won't happen with the current App store restrictions. Each app has no access outside it's own development area and you'd need access to the system preferences.

There is now, but even so, I don't recommend doing it.

To the OP, that won't be coming due to SDK rules. Even if it was allowed, it wouldn't be there be Monday, as it has to be written, tested by the developer, sent to Apple, reviewed and approved by Apple, and then put on the AppStore.
