Error -1426

I apologize if this has been covered (I've tried searching) but does anybody know what this error means and why my music will not sync to my phone? Have a v1 running 2.0.

Try restoring and choosing NOT to load the backup. THe only thing I can think of is a file missing from somewhere...I think your gonna have to delete your backups, then restore and manually change the settings...

Now my phone is stuck in recovery mode and can't restore. What should I do now?
