Can't track directfufillment order!

I used the store its being shipped to zip code and i've tried these two codes:

I'm using the order status site:

In my email i get an order number of: 103509K91OBQ8

and item number: 69114

this is the msg im getting:

We're sorry, but the information you entered was not recognized by our systems. Your order may not yet be available or the information may have been entered incorrectly. Please try again.

I ordered it last friday.... any suggestions?

is that item number, the last 5 digits of the order number on your receipt from at&t??? thats the number i have to use to track mine, but its worthless as its been going on and off back order for 2 days....

I only have an ORDER ID on my receipt and it is 7 digits long containing numbers and letters

TRY USING THE numbers after th 0's should be the last 5 digi's of your order id..

call the store you ordered from and get them to give you the order #. I tried using customer service to help track my order and all she did was call the store I made my order from. Give that a shot. Seriously, they're holding your money in limbo right now and are potentially wasting your time if they screw this up, get on them!!!!

everytime i call my local att store u cant get in touch with any1.... just goes tot heir voicemail saying they will call u back...

use the entire code/numeber from your email.

make sure you enter the zip of the store, not your zip.

make sure you click enter with your mouse, do not just hit enter.

the zip on my receipt was different from the zip in the store locator at at&t.com, make sure you use the at&t.com zip
