That's a hard question. It all depends on what format you use and the resolution or quality of the content. MP3's come in varying qualities (bit rates). Video can be created using varying resolutions and audio quality. There's no magic formula.

Take some of your songs and average them out. You can then at least get an estimate of what your specific content will fit within your device.
