Updating to 2.0 if you sync to 2 computers

I sync my contacts and calendar on my work PC, but everything else on the home one. Does anyone else split sync areas like I do? If so, how did the upgrade go?

I'm wondering if I will lose my contacts & calendar until I get back to my office on Monday and can resync that info.
