I downloaded 2.0 officially but now it dissappeared!

Hey, I just woke up, synced my iPhone, iTunes told me there was a new 2.0 software to download, I download it, and it then tries to back up my iPhone but it fails.

Then it gives me the option of continuing to proceed the installation without backing up my iPhone, but I decline.

Now I resynced my iPhone but it says 1.1.4 is the current update and I can't find the 2.0 software.

How do I view my Downloads section in iTunes?

Did not find anything and I found out how to view my downloads and its not there either...

you are way ahead of me. My phone is saying "slide for emergency" and my iTunes is stuck in "Accessing iTunes Store...". I'm hosed...
