2.0 language support

The new 2.0 software is supposed to support a whole host of languages and I remember Steve saying in the keynote that "you can even switch languages on the fly." But I just loaded up the new 2.0 and I ain't seeing no language support and definitely ain't seein' nuthin' on the fly....

Anyone know anything about this?
