Hey...i'm trying to setup my optonline email and its just not working....i have all the correct info in there but it just won't connect....it comes back with can't connect using SSL do you want to try without it, i click yes and it just keeps verifying but won't actually verify!
I am not familiar with this email, but based on what you are saying try this. Go into your mail account and make sure SSL is turned off in both incoming and outgoing settings.

well the problem is that it won't even let me establish the email account, so i can't even get to those settings to turn them off

OK. Sorry. I am not familiar with that email. Maybe someone else will chime in.

Is it a POP account?
