View Full Version : Switch-It app. what does it actually do?

downloaded this off installer this morn. supposed to give you 2.0 icons and gfx etc on 114 and below.
it changed the installer icon text on my home screen to "appstore" and thats it (and it wouldn't revert back via the switch-it "undo" feature).
does it really take 500KB these days to change the text of an icon?

It also changes the the logo of Installer to the app stores, and changes the iTunes logo to the new one. And it also adds the new calculator theme of 2.0 to it. Thats pretty much all it does though.

Does the calculator have square buttons? Does the iTunes appstore look any different? I'm not sure what else is different... it's a pretty subtle change I think.

when i select "normal graphics" in switch-it, the installer icon is still renamed as "appstore". any way to return it to default?

Try uninstalling it
