Customise Help

Hello,
I had installed customise 2.0 on my 1.1.4 firmware iPhone. It worked fine except that it did not change the weather icon, no matter what i did. So just as a last try I selected the theme I wanted and then selected apply the application icon images only. But this really messed up things. The weather icon did not change, plus now my Phone icon has been changed to something completely different. This image isnt present on any of the themes i have. So now i am stuck with this horrible image. I cant change it.
Any suggestions on how to change the phone icon and also the weather icon?

Guys I tried uninstalling and reinstalling Customize. Still the ugly phone icon is stuck. I just cant change it. Please help!!!

i may have over read but did u try to customize that app image alone back to default and then rebooting...or what about connecting your phone to your computer and restoring your old settings...just tryna help...no guarantees though buddy
