changing the picture next to videos

does anyone know how to change the picture next to videos? Like when I add a video from youtube it puts the image that the uploaded put for the video. Or when I upload a DVD it adds an image itself, does any1 know how to change it

i don't think you can change the picture, it's like the cap that windows automatically does with your videos...
