Rock band type game, is it possible?

so if you mixed concepts from funiculus, tap tap revolution, and tune wiki. Would it be possible to make a rock band type singing game? With moving lyrics and the pitch bar so it tells you how to sing it and not just the words. From a dev perspective, is it doable?

It's doable, but maybe not with drums, mic, guitar, etc.; just one instrument or maybe just vocals.
