Possible to use two discounts on an AT&T Plan?

I heard that with the 3G iPhone, you'll be able to use discounts now.

Is it possible to have two discounts on your plan?
For example, I have my Wal-mart discount and my AT&T Premier discount. Can I use both of these on my plan?

Don't know for sure, but if indeed you can use discounts( and I really doubt it) it will be only one.
Just curious. Why would you be able to use a WM discount card at an ATT store?
