Strange issue with my Ipod Touch

I have downloaded some stuff and now I got this problem. I get into any app (Even in the music player, mail, videos, etc) and I can't do anything. I touch the screen and nothing happens. I press the button and takes me to the desktop. There I can do everything, move, organize and select. But I can't do anything once I get into one...

Happens to me eveyrtime I turn it off. I just gotta restart it a few times,then it works.

Apparently is because my system was screwed up: Fixed like this:

Backed up with iTunes
Restored Firmware via iTunes
Jaiolbroke it using iLiberty
Used the commands to move applications to Media
And now I don't have any problem.
