where is the moo cow source?

I just started using the band app. Well some sounds were delayed and i thought maybe if i uninstalled then reinstalled the app, it might fix it. So I unistalled and now I can't find the app in installer, because I for some Redon don't have the source. Then I googled and searched this forum and modmyifone for "moo cow source" with no results. What's the source for installer?
