Verizon Email Doesn't Want To Delete

I have my gmail and verizon email on my iPhone - gmail works flawlessly. But many times when I delete Verizon emails they all come back and reload in my In Box the next time I click into my email. Is there a way to empty the trash or something so I don't have to delete the same email over and over? Drives me nuts! :)

If theres a way to go on your verizon email from their actual website, try deleting them from there.
