Firefox 3.0 final released.

I downloaded it both yesterday and today hoping it would have improved since the last time I used it - and I will admit the interface has greatly improved, but now I find myself back with good 'ol Safari.

i honestly wish i could go back to safari for the synergy, but i just like Firefox too much. Especially this one.

I have found 3.0 loads pages faster. Have you tried piclens plugin yet? Very cool especially on youtube for the videos and seeing pictures on myspace.

it does load much faster. I've been using the beta for a while now, and the only real problem I've run into is that the spellcheck doesn't work too well with contractions.

otherwise I love everything about it.

i think firefox+adblock plus (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/10) is a match made in heaven. won't hurt to give it a shot... ESPECIALLY if you normally use internet explorer.

I know, but I currently use Safari, and John downloaded this and said he's back to using Safari now...

i downloaded it and it's now my default browser since safari's memory leak issues seemed to prevent my macbook from going to sleep periodically and it was driving me absolutely crazy!

I just stick because it's clean, solid, blocks ads, and that's all I really need in a browser.

I'm a long time Firefox fan, and this version is just outstanding IMO - super fast and very nice UI to work with ...
